Hey Chantelle thanks for the comment. No the glitter isn't messy, I just dipped my nail into the pot (although when it gets a little more empty I will probably have to scoop the glitter onto the nail, but as long as you do it over a piece of paper or something that should be fine). I'm not really sure about how long it will last just yet, the pot is 4ml but the glitter is very fine so I imagine it will last quite a while.
